What to do with leftover frosting?


I had a stack of leftover cream cheese frosting from a cake I baked a few weeks ago. (Don't worry - it has been freshly kept in the freezer). I found a recipe on the Canadian Food Network website for carrot and pineapple cake and made some muffins.

Now we are going to go outside and enjoy one each in the Winter sun with a cuppa!
